Banda converted the Victorian bakery on Parkgate Road into six lateral apartments, our team saw an opportunity to create a magnificent, three-bedroom penthouse. Providing an extraordinary 3,700 ft2 of lateral living space, the layout included two separate roof terraces and a winter garden. The property also featured a cinema room, and a master bedroom suite with walk-in wardrobes and private terrace.
